Days are equally as fun-filled, and a wide variety of land and water sports are available. Whether it is tennis, water-skiing, or scuba, as far as sports are concerned, instructors are available to help both beginners and experts. Those with sea legs can ride a glass-bottom boat, kayak, or go on an au natural cruise. Tightrope walking and trapeze swinging will please the adventurous at the circus workshop. The fitness center offers aerobics and reggae dance classes along with the free weights and machines. For sheer indulgence, seaweed wraps, facials, and more are offered at the spa (for an extra fee).

Food and drink are available around the clock. A vast buffet serves breakfast, lunch, dinner, and midnight snacks. Light meals are found at three beach grills, and guests can enjoy Italian with a twist at Pastafari. For spicy Jamaican cooking, guests can sample dishes beneath the stars almost every night of the week. For added convenience, the resort features on-site shopping, conference and wedding facilities, airport transfers, and car-rental services. Please note: The hotel is undergoing significant construction including adding a Japanese restaurant, renovating the disco and adding a rooftop, glass-bottom jacuzzi, retiling the pool, and more. The hotel has made all efforts to keep the inconveniences to guests at a minimum.
